Q: Is it safe to use every day? A: Yes. Lumirest is designed for daily use. The heat operates within a safe therapeutic range (104–113°F) and the compression is gentle enough for everyday wear. If you have had recent eye surgery or a diagnosed eye condition, consult your doctor before use.

Q: Can I use it with my eyes open? A: We recommend keeping your eyes closed during use. The device is designed to create a fully relaxing, blackout experience, eyes closed is part of what makes it so effective.

Q: Does it work for migraines and headaches? A: Many of our customers report significant relief from tension headaches and migraine symptoms. The combination of heat, compression, and temple massage targets the exact muscles that tighten during a headache. Individual results vary.

Q: How does the Bluetooth work? A: Simply pair your phone or device to Lumirest the same way you'd connect any Bluetooth speaker. You can then play music, a meditation app, a podcast, anything you like, directly through the built-in speakers inside the mask.

Q: Can I use it if I wear glasses or contacts? A: Remove both glasses and contact lenses before use. The mask sits flush against your face and the heat and compression are not compatible with lenses worn during a session.

Q: How do I charge it? A: Lumirest charges via USB-C. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 60 minutes of use.

Q: Is it FSA or HSA eligible? A: Yes. Lumirest qualifies as an FSA/HSA eligible wellness device. Check with your plan provider to confirm coverage details.
