Refund Policy

We stand behind Lumirest completely. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.

How to return: Email us at contact@mylumirest.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Conditions:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item should be in original packaging where possible
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@mylumirest.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
